The convenient location of this place near a grocery store, supermarket, and movie theater made our stay comfortable and offered entertainment options nearby.

Location, breakfast

Carpets, smokers, cheap doors, stained trim on stairs, and smell from freshener sprayed to cover up the two rooms that had smokers.

We appreciated this stay. All in all everything was perfect, had a smooth check-out at 11 am. Hopefully the room was comfy with a jaccuzi, great bed, ipad. The staff was good, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. As for us, the location was marvellous, very close to Mart as well as Dunkirk near Cental Avenue. It also was next to a freeway interchange.

The hotel is conveniently located near both Niagara Falls and Dunkirk's Central Avenue. The rooms are modern and have been recently renovated, featuring jacuzzi tubs and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly, and there is parking available behind the hotel.

When we visit family we always stay at this hotel. It is CLEAN, the employees are helpful and the breakfast is above par. For the money, it is a GREAT place!

The location here is fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a modern double room with a jacuzzi.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Dunkirk. The cleanliness was impressive, with the bedding and towels being especially fresh. The staff at check-in were polite and friendly, making the process quick and easy. The location was convenient, right across from Tim Horton's.

The hotel in Dunkirk was relaxing and recently renovated. The location was comfy, just a short walk to SUNY Fredonia, restaurants, and shopping. Also, it was only a 15-minute drive from a movie theater.

The location was great, right across from Tim Hortons. Check-in was quick and easy. Parking by the black door and stairs made it convenient to get to my room. The desk staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and kept stocked. The breakfast had great fruit, and I enjoyed the decaf coffee in the evening.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the price was really reasonable, especially considering the value I got in return. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. And speaking of home, the rooms were comfortable and cozy, with a great bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast included was a nice touch, allowing me to start my day off right without having to search for a restaurant.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.
